Shipping Locations: All items are shipped from Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada. I ship within Canada and to the US.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are "calculated" which is based on the order weight/size and your postal code - you pay what I pay. All orders are shipped via Canada Post and includes a tracking number (except Lettermail).

Shipping Options: 

Lettermail* (Local - 2 business days; Regional - up to 3 business days; National -  up to 7 business days)

Registered Mail* (Local - 2 business days; Regional - up to 3 business days; National -  up to 7 business days)

Expedited Parcel (Local - 2 business days; Regional - up to 3 business days; National -  up to 7 business days)

XpressPost (Local - next day; Regional - next day; National - 2 business days)

Priority (Local - next day; Regional - next day; National - next day)

* Lettermail and Registered Mail will only show as an available option for small item orders (keychains, bows, etc). Please be aware that Lettermail is untracked and Canada Post does not insure it.

PLEASE NOTE: All delivery times are provided by Canada Post and are estimates only. The shipping times provided by Canada Post at checkout do not include handling time. Once the order has been dropped at Canada Post, I have no control over shipping times. For any delivery delays, please reach out to Canada Post.

Local Pickup

Are you local (near Chilliwack, BC) and would rather pickup in person instead of paying for shipping? No problem! Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we'll contact you when your order is ready for pickup!

PLEASE NOTE: Please ignore the "Expected pickup time" Shopify displays. This is inaccurate and there is no way to change it unfortunately. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to pickup. Make sure to visit my Handling Time page before you order to get an idea of how long orders will take to fulfill.
